Disclaimer: As you read through Editing madeEasy's Website and policies this is what the following terms mean. "Us" and "We" and "They" and "Our" refers Editing MadeEasy/ Editing Made Easy Ltd.

"You(r)" means, the customer/ client.

By agreeing to work with us, you agree with all of our terms stated here in this policy and in your contract. By agreeing to work with us you have declared and given us full permission to use your work for the benefit of Editing MadeEasy such as but not limited to portfolio to show our clients. You agree and understand that Editing madeEasy Ltd owns all work they have filmed, photographed or edited due to working with you. You understand that we have full irrevocable rights and own the copyrights for all work and all visuals we have captured due to working with you. Editing MadeEasy has the full rights to use said work for promotional services and however they see fit, eg website, staff training and social media. Editing MadeEasy are not obligated to give you raw files, unedited visuals or anything other than the finished product that is stated in your contract. 

By working with us, you agree to allow Editing MadeEasy to create and edit your work according to the style of the photographer, videographer or and editors choosing. 

Editing MadeEasy do not offer refunds due to you cancelling or changing the date or due to you not liking our work. 

No work will be transferred to you or commenced until full payment is made at least 48hrs before  the production begins or according to the terms stated in your contract.

We are fully within our rights to keep your booking fee or upfront full payment if you cancel or want to move the date which you and Editing MadeEasy agreed upon. Booking fees are non-refundable. However we understand that things can come up therefore please ring us and we will try to accommodate a change of date. If we, Editing MadeEasy cancel due to acts of God, government closures or any other unavoidable circumstances we will work with you diligently to reschedule or come to an agreement with you, if possible.

Editing MadeEasy's visuals are intended for YouTube and all social media platforms as long as the aspect ratio is supported. Our work is also intended for your own personal and business use however we do not create footage for television stations of any kind. If you need video or visuals for television unfortunately we cannot accommodate you.

You are free to use the finished product for your usage as you please however you cannot use it be bring any form of negativity toward Editing MadeEasy, if so action may be taken against you. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our services, please reach out to us immediately and respectfully in order for us to discuss the issue.
